Winemaking Process The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness and fruit intensity. The juice was fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Gourmet Notes Serve with tarragon roasted chicken with roasted vegetables and sautéed cabbage. Make a sauce by deglazing the pan juices with the chardonnay.

Shiraz Arrowfield Estate 2006
Opis Variety Shiraz 93%, Viognier 7% Region Central Ranges 81%, Hunter Valley 12%, Murray Darling 7% Winemaker Notes A combination of intensely flavoured, elegant cool climate shiraz from the Central Ranges region of NSW with complex, savoury Hunter shiraz. Lifted raspberry, plum and white pepper aromas carry onto the long, intense palate and integrate seamlessly with the savoury tannins and toasty French oak. Winemaking Process The Shiraz grapes were fermented in small open fermenters. A batch of the Hunter shiraz was co-fermented with the white Viognier grape. The ferments were allowed to reach 24C before finishing the remainder of the ferment ...
